West Memphis Christian School is a college preparatory school with a campus located in West Memphis, Arkansas. WMCS was founded in 1970. Programs for kindergarten through Grade 8 began in 1971, and a program for Grades 9-12 was added in 1974. The school is fully accredited by the ANSAA (Arkansas Non-public School Accrediting Association) and NCA CASI (North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement). WMCS is also a member of the Association of Christian Schools International, Southern Association of Independent Schools and Arkansas Association of Independent Schools.

West Memphis Christian School has fielded varsity sports teams since the early-1970's. The school's team name is the black knights , and their mascot is a black knight. WMCS competes in Division 1A, in the MPSA: Mississippi Private School Association. WMCS has a long history of success in sports and has most recently won a state championship in basketball, during the 2007 season.

The Fine Arts department lists accomplishments including: honors band talent, the choir, and the theater's productions. Some performances of the theater include: Peter Pan, Annie, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Carousel, and Oklahoma!.
