West Kirby Grammar School is a grammar school for girls, in the town of West Kirby on the Wirral. It has a selective intake, with approximately 1250 pupils. It is designated a "Specialist School in Science and Mathematics".

The school has a link with its neighbouring grammar school for boys, Calday Grange Grammar School. This is mainly due to a large Combined Cadet Force contingent which is shared between the two schools, which girls from Y9 upwards can join. As well as this, various dramatic and musical events bring the two schools even closer and allow the students to encounter young people they otherwise may not have met.

The school was founded in 1913 and celebrated its 95th in 2008, with a whole school photograph. It was recently given a grant to renovate facilities on site, this was used to build to new teaching blocks, work should be completed in 2009.

Two pupils from the school have or will be taking part in the international schools arctic expidition and the international young scientists space camp, both these pupils who attend sixth form at the school are/were representing the UK. The schools under 13 football team has also achieved national success after competing in the final of the tournament at wembley stadium, unfortunately they drew 1-1.
