The kitchen has many tools used in professional restaurants, including industrial dishwashers and ovens. The academy only requires three years of completion; however graduating with three years instead of four does not get a student the same recognition as someone who fully completed four years. The head of the culinary academy is Chef Hall. Chef Suarez and Chef Pearson are also instructors in the Culinary Arts Academy. The students learn the ins and outs of cooking, they learn how to apply for jobs, interviews, their way around the kitchen, and the history of culinary.[7]
