Talk:Westlake Boys High School
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Just giving a justification for my edits to the Music and Performing Arts section. It was full of WP:PEACOCK, and only cited the school's official website. While that's a valid source, I'm sure, for objective information, it's not a good source for information about the merits of the music and performing arts programmes. --Dom 10:38, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Move to Boys (from Boys')
About six months ago the official website for the school gave the apostrophe version of the name. It no longer does [1]. In fact, I'm inclined to think that was a mistake - the school was always "boys" (as in, a school for boys) not "boys'" (a school owned by boys). The page gave Westlake Girls High School as Westlake Girls' High School, which is certainly incorrect, even if WBHS did briefly use the apostrophe. So, I've moved the page. --Dom 11:05, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
