[edit] Mall Expansion

The upcoming expansion should be mentioned here. It's not speculation at all and is very well-documented. See their main site for all the facts. Jon914 09:03, 18 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Customer experiences?

While Wikipedia's not a review and ratings site, is it worth mentioning somewhere that this is among the most bloody obnoxious shopping malls I've been in, anywhere? It's huge, has a confusing layout (double ring, multiple crossovers), is loud, and an echo chamber to boot, parking areas are poorly distinguished (I always lose my car, let alone trying to figure which entrance/exit I came in from), has confusing freeway approaches (though it's near both 880 and 280, and the junction of same, you can't make the 880-280 north junction easily), is overrun by teens, is filled with obscenely aggressive hawkers (including Scientology/Dienetics, please!). I'll go there for one store and one store only, and that's if I'm not already planning to head to SF (they've got another two locations there), try to get in and out as quickly as possible. This may be a commercial mecca, but it's hell on the mind and soul.

And while that's a guy's PoV, it was when a female friend, from Dallas TX no less, said she couldn't stand the place that I felt I was on to something.

Locally, Santana Row (right across the street), Stanford Shopping Center, or any of the many downtown/community shopping districts are vastly more appealing than this overpoplulated, overpriced rat-cage money trap can ever hope to be. And they're planning on expanding it? NO!

So... I've been looking for an appropriate reivews site to link to the main article, don't find one. Same would be a good add. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 158.140.1.25 (talk) 21:41, 8 October 2007 (UTC)
