West Terre Haute has the title "hicks" because a lot of people are hicks...just because one person puts that down, dosent mean that it should be changed... In High School, on "hick day" most kids wore their normal attire... we call ourselves "west T." so that definitely shouldnt be taken out..

I'm not going to put this in the article, but my wife told me that in her days at ISU a standing insult for West-T (which I did put back in the article) was, "the only thing worse than a Hautean is a West Hautean."--MarshallStack 19:29, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
