[edit] Jessop's Innings

I can't quite see how Jessop's innings could have been from 2:30 to 3:30. It is reported as such in Brodribb's biography of Jessop. Play probably started at 12:00 and there would have been 40 or 45 minutes for lunch. Given that he came in at 299-5 it must surely have been later in the day when he batted. Also it is reported that the close of play score was 518-7 so unless there was rain late in the day this also doesn't match the 3:30 dismissal either. Needs more research.Nigej 19:12, 10 May 2007 (UTC)

I took it from Brodribb. If it is not plausible, let's just remove it. Tintin 01:55, 11 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Race Issues

Have added this section but quite happy to have it decimated since my white, English, middle-class background doesn't make me the ideal author.Nigej 19:12, 10 May 2007 (UTC)
