[edit] Rationale of fair use for Terrorist Threats and Westside Connection

The image Image:Westside Connection - Bow Down (Front).jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (Lajbi Holla @ meWho's the boss? 17:15, 2 June 2006 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

  1. The image is a cover for the album Terrorist Threats created by Priority Records, and intended for wide distribution.
  2. The cover is of lower resolution and quality than the original CD (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
  3. No free or public domain images have been located for this album.
  4. The cover does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the album in any way.
  5. The cover is intended to represent the Terrorist Threats album and the performers, Westside Connection.
  6. The cover is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original album in any way.
  7. The cover artwork has been published in various media (see Amazon.com for example)
