An equivalent photo is unable to be produced there is no real product. An equivalent photomontage is unable to be produced as the design blueprints are not available to the public. A free equivalent image is not available.
Use of promotional image does not detract from the ability of Sydney Morning Herald to profit from the future development depicted. Sydney Morning Herald does not "sell" their images so fair use would not undermine their business.
A single, low-resolution image is used to illustrate the proposed design of the station.
The image has been previously published (2005-03-05).
The image is considered encyclopedic and meets general Wikipedia content requirements.
