The image is used for non-profit purposes.
The image is of significantly lower resolution so as not to allow any high-quality copies.

Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject of a section in this article and how the event depicted was very historically significant to the general public. In this case, it shows the devastation caused by to the main part of the school where the shooting took place.
