Werrington is a CityRail railway station on Sydney's Western railway line. It serves a residential area. The station has street access to both platforms, connected by a footbridge. This is not sufficient to be classed as Easy Access for wheelchairs. At the moment Werrington Station is undergoing a development and the new look of the station has two new lifts, new stairs and car-park spaces for disabled people.

The station is served by two trains per hour for most of the time, with additional trains at peak hours.
Platform 1
- Western Line - all stations and limited stops services to Central, then to Lindfield, Gordon, Hornsby or Berowra via the North Shore Line.
Platform 2
- Western Line - all stations services to Penrith and Emu Plains; peak hour limited stops services to Penrith and Emu Plains.
