Moritz Werner Fenchel (May 3, 1905January 24, 1988) was a German mathematician. He wrote his doctorate thesis in geometry (Über Krümmung und Windung geschlossener Raumkurven) under Ludwig Bieberbach at the University of Berlin. He then taught at the University of Göttingen.
