Werner Bruschke
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Werner Bruschke (1898 - 1995) was an East German politician and member of the Socialist Unity Party of Germany. He was Minister-President of Saxony-Anhalt (GDR) from August 13, 1949 until the state was abolished on July 23, 1952.
He's the oldest former Minister-President of a german state since May 11, 1992 preceded by Bruno Diekmann. Because there is no former Minster-President of a state in the GDR still alive, we will be the oldest Minister-President of the GDR; in this he was preceded by Max Seydewitz.
