Weneg

Weneg, alt. Uneg, was an ancient Egyptian plant-god supporting the heavens.[1] In this role of supporter of the sky he is identified with Shu.[2]
Weneg is mentioned in the Pyramid Texts, where he is described as the son and servant of the sun-god Re.[3]
