Wen Yang (Chinese: 温阳; born July 7, 1988 in Shandong)[1] is a Chinese chess player, who holds the GM title. He qualified for and competed in the Chess World Cup 2007 where he reached Round One, where he was defeated 0.5-1.5 by Zoltan Almasi. In this tournament he achieved a performance rating of 2498.
