[edit] citation and suitability

The following was taken directly from the Oxford Directory of Nation Biography: "an inseparable couple, whose shared interests also bore fruit in literary collaboration, they had two sons". Added quotations to properly indicate this.

I'm unsure this is a suitable subject for a biography, though that may be because so little is here. Someone with more experience can answer this. For now, I just noted it was a stub. Not sure if that's appropriate but so little info is here.... Adiay 23:46, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

Clearly Wendy Monk's husband, J.C. Trewin was significant in British Theatre History. I do no know whether Wendy Monk published theatre history articles, as well as the three books on the subject. I have not seen the books but expect them to be both diligently researched and well-written. The Victorian Quaker journal that she edited is a significant source, especially as the original was burnt and the 1881/2 edition is rare.=== Vernon White (talk) 07:57, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
