[edit] Vinzons family politicians
Though I failed to cite it earlier, I relied on this source [1] for the info that Rep. Vinzons-Chato is the niece of Wenceslao Vinzons. To quote: "This writer (Wilson Lee Flores) told the President that former BIR Commissioner Liwayway Vinzons Chato’s Chinese mestizo father was from this province, and she replied that her father, the late President Diosdado Macapagal, and Chato’s uncle Wenceslao Vinzons were together as UP student leaders."
But on second look, I'll concede that the source is not authoritative enough, and its prudent to delete any reference to the Congresswoman as a relative of Vinzons. But I'll change the revision so it would be consistent with a neutral point of view. While I have no reason to doubt that the newly-listed relatives are related to Wenceslao, I'll nonetheless add a {{Fact}} tag, since I could not verify that information online.
