Welsh Dragon sausage

Smoked Welsh Dragon Sausage - Pork is a pork sausage made in Wales with the addition of leeks and hot chillis. The sausages are made by Black Mountains Smokery in Crickhowell, Powys. Until 2006 they were sold under the name Smoked Welsh Dragon Sausage.

The sausages gained notoriety in 2006 when the Trading Standards department of Powys County Council complained that the name of the sausage was misleading, as it did not mention the primary ingredient, pork, and hence violated the 1996 Food Labelling Act.[1][2][3]
