Wells Regional Transportation Center is a train and bus station in Wells, Maine served by Amtrak, the national railroad passenger system, and other transportation providers.

The train platforms were constructed during the summer and fall of 2001 and improved over the next six months. The station was built during the spring and summer of 2002.

The station is served five times daily by Amtrak's Downeaster service, and sees an average of 95 passengers each day, making it the second-busiest stop in Maine.
