Wellcome
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Wellcome (Chinese: 惠康 in Hong Kong; 頂好 in Taiwan) is a supermarket chain owned by Jardines via its Dairy Farm subsidiary. The Wellcome chain is one of the largest supermarket chains in Hong Kong, and is the price leader of the market. It also operates in the Republic of China (Taiwan) under the Wellcome name. Dairy Farm has other supermarket interests in the Asia Pacific under different brand names.
It is worth noting that the correct spelling of the name of the supermarket should be "Wellcome" (double L), instead of "Welcome" (single L).
