"Welcome to Wherever You Are" is episode 147 of The West Wing.
As the Presidential campaign comes down to its final five days, Santos plans to make his final visits to the swing states. Seeking to garner the final undecided votes and hold onto narrow leads it has gained, the campaign is planning to visit five states a day. Meanwhile, the federal prosecutor is seeking to get information from Toby pertaining to the leak investigation, hoping to learn where he got his information from. Toby continues to refuse to divulge the information, when he is threatened with a second indictment for obstruction of justice. Throughout the travelling, it is obvious that sleep deprivation is catching up with Santos, as he mistakes his location and becomes continually frustrated with Bartlet intervention into Kazakhstan.
The name for this episode comes from a song of the same name by Bon Jovi.
