Welcome to Avalon Heights is the Album released from British children's musical television comedy I Dream. It features vocals from all of the cast, including that of popular pop group S Club 8. The song feature in the show itself has been sung by the cast.

The lead vocals are mostly from Matt Di Angelo, Calvin Goldspink, Rachel Hyde-Harvey, Helen Kurup, Frankie Sandford, Lorna Want, George Wood.
The shows theme tune features on the album, and was the first single to be released off the album.
!Welcome To Avalon Heights! & !Waste Your Time On Me! were also performed on various BBC shows as part of premoting the album. Although upon its release on the November 29, 2004 however failing to make the top 100 albums in The UK and managing to hit a peak of 133 in its first week.

The official album unlocks a secret area on the website which lets I Dream fans listen to two bonus tracks. It also allows you to read secrets about the cast, games and photos.
The show's theme tune, "Dreaming", is performed by band members Frankie and Calvin and was released as a single on November 15, 2004. It reached number nineteen on the UK Singles Chart.
