Welcome Interstate Managers is an album by Fountains of Wayne. It was released on June 10, 2003, and included the hit song "Stacy's Mom", which garnered significant airplay in the summer of 2003 and remained popular into the fall. "Mexican Wine" was the second single and video, but it was prematurely pulled from promotion due to controversial lyrics.[citation needed] The record label then promoted "Hey Julie," but the track did not match the chart success of "Stacy's Mom".
The ballad "All Kinds of Time", which describes a football quarterback executing a textbook-perfect play in slow-motion, was used by the National Football League in a promotional video that first aired during the 2004 season.
