Welcome (Hindi: वेलकम, Urdu: ویلکم) is a 2007 Bollywood film, directed by Anees Bazmee. The film stars Feroz Khan, Akshay Kumar, Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor, Katrina Kaif and Malika Sherawat. The story-line is intriguingly similar to that of English film, Mickey Blue Eyes (1999).

Dr Ghunghroo (Paresh Rawal) wants his nephew Rajiv (Akshay Kumar) to marry a girl from a decent family. Don Uday Shetty (Nana Patekar), would like an honest man to marry his sister Sanjana (Katrina Kaif). He and his brother Majnu (Anil Kapoor) set things up so Dr Ghunghroo accepts their proposal. Upon learning his mistake, however, he and his family flee the city.Rajiv , meanwhile , meets Sanjana in a hotel and immediately falls in love with her.Majnu and Uday make an offer, promising to quit their bad habits if Rajiv would marry Sanjana. Dr Ghunghroo agrees and a grand celebration is held along with RDX (Feroz Khan) . But then, a girl named Ishika (Malika Sherawat) turns up , claiming to be Rajiv's wife and insisting that the engagement stop that minute. Sanjana is very depressed and Rajiv , quite shocked. They find out it was Dr Ghunghroo who had hired Ishika to stop the marriage. Meanwhile , Uday Shetty gets an offer to play hero in a film along with Ishika. Majnu and Uday both fall in love with Ishika. The movie ends in a silly manner and in the end, Sanjana and Rajiv's marriage is satisfactory.

According to boxofficeindia.com , Welcome opened to a massive response locally, it grossed Rs.35,30,00,000 in its first week, which is better than Dhoom 2's opening, and is now only third to Race's Rs.35,61,00,000 and Om Shanti Om's all-time Rs.40,19,00,000 opening.[1]
Within two weeks, Welcome grossed around 56 crores, despite facing competition from the less earning, but still highly successful, Aamir Khan's Taare Zameen Par.[2]
