[edit] Tagged as stub

I tagged this to get it on the Oregon WikiProject list in hopes the article can be expanded to include more information about its construction and impact, etc. --Jgilhousen 05:54, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Ideas

I'm thinking "Details" instead of location. Its broader and this way it can have the location plus other info. Then I propose removing the old names from the lead and add them to the history section with the years/reasons for the changes. I've found about 10 newspaper articles that should help with that and other expansion. Aboutmovies (talk) 09:28, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

Reassessment - I find this article of START class quality and have ajusted accordingly. Nice collaborative work on the details of the center. Lived in Portland for 15 years and did not know this kind of detail indicated in this article. C. Williams (talk) 10:37, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
