Article neutrality

It seems to me that while this isn't a really harmful thing, this is a review of the album, not an entry on it. It's obviously not very neutral. I think some cleaning up and refinement should be done on this entry as soon as possible.

Upon reading the article, that was my first thought as well. So I've cleaned it up a bit. Silvermask 15:23, Jun 8, 2005 (UTC)

I'd like to know why it's called "Welcome Interstate Managers". Unfortunately don't have time to do the research.
