[edit] Wells or Wills?

The HAER report uses the phrase "Wells Creek" nearly consistently. However, once it uses "Wills" and that is how it appears in the HABS/HAER database. Further, there is a Wikipedia article called Wills Creek. Perhaps the creek used to be called Wells, and is now called Wills.
