Weichert Realtors

Weichert Realtors was established in 1969 by Jim Weichert.[1] The first office was in Chatham, New Jersey and current headquarters are in Morris Plains, New Jersey.
Weichert Realtors was originally known as a north-east based company owned real estate brokerage. However in 2002 the firm started Weichert Real Estate Affiliates and began offering franchises.
Today the company has now grown from a single office to nearly 19,200 sales associates in over 500 company-owned and franchised sales offices in key markets throughout the U.S. The family business offer a full range of real estate, financial services, mortgages, home and title insurance services.
In January 2008 the Swanepoel TRENDS Report 2008 ranked Weichert Realtors as one of the top 10 Titans of the Real Estate Industry.[2]
