Wei Yili (Simplified Chinese: 魏轶力, pinyin: Wèi Yìlì, born June 24, 1982) is a female badminton player from the People's Republic of China.
Wei competed for China in badminton at the 2004 Summer Olympics in women's doubles with partner Zhao Tingting. They had a bye in the first round and defeated Gail Emms and Donna Kellogg of Great Britain in the second. In the quarterfinals, Wei and Zhao beat Lee Hyo-jung and Hwang Yu-mi of Korea 8-15, 15-6, 15-13. They lost the semifinal against Huang Sui and Gao Ling of China 15-10, 17-14 and the bronze medal match to Ra Kyung-min and Lee Kyung-won of Korea 10-15, 15-9, 15-7 to finish fourth place.
Wei reached the women's doubles final at the 2006 IBF World Championships together with Zhang Yawen, losing the final against Gao Ling and Huang Sui.
