[edit] removed items during cleanup
While cleaning up the disambiguarion page, I removed the following entries 1) because there is no corresponding article and they seem too much like dictionary definitions and 2) I couldn't find any mention of either to verify the usage. older ≠ wiser 03:30, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
- In computer science a wedge is an amount of assembly language code used in the process of booting a computer. Technically a Intel based computer's BIOS is a "wedge".
- In auto racing, an adjustment to make a car handle better. Often to fix a looseness or tightness situation. Made through holes in the rear window of the racecar, using a wrench.
