WEBL, 96.5 The Bull, is a Clear Channel-owned country radio station that broadcasts on the 8 kilowatt 96.5 frequency. "The Bull" moved to 96.5 FM on March 17th, 2008.

On the week of March 17th 2008, fans of classic hits station "Peach 96.5" were told that they can listen to the station online until the station returns to the air as "Peach 102.5" on March 24, 2008. During this transition, the country format broadcasted on both the 102.5 and 96.5 frequencies.

The 102.5 FM frequency has seen several formats over the years. In the 1990's the station simulcasted with 96.5 with a rock and blues format, then was an FM simulcast of AM 1480 "The Light", a gospel formatted station with the calls WLCG (Now WIBB AM). 102.5 later became a "smooth jazz" station then in 2004 changed to a country format called "The Bull".
