Webmaster Oy is what his name says, he is a webmaster. Just in case you are not sure what a webmaster is. A webmaster is someone who makes and programs websites also known as web designers.
The name Oy was Webmaster Oy's internet nickname until he became a webmaster. He got the name Oy in a strange way. When he was in grade two he was learning about the sound that oy makes and the 2 ways of spelling it. He liked that sound and the spelling Oy so from then on he has always used Oy as his internet code name.
Webmaster Oy knows HTML, PHP, MySQL, KPL/Phrogram, and some Jscript there are all differen't programming languages.
HTML is the main language used on the net. Every true website on the internet uses HTML.
PHP is another internet programming language but the difference between it and HTML is PHP is a server side language all PHP code is executed on the server the client only sees the plain HTML.
MySQL is a database lanaguage that works with server side languages like PHP usually used for account systems and E-Commerce.
KPL/Phrogram is a fairly new language original designed for the age groups of 10 - 14 but is now being used by highschools and colleges.
Jscript also known as Java Script is a Client Side language opposite of PHP it is like HTML.

Webmaster Oy is also the owner of Dynamic Design the popular website that has many scripts and programs available to people and is also a webmaster help site.
The main feature of Dynamic Design that Webmaster Oy created is the Dynamic Design Control Panel created using PHP and HTML and the famous editor FCKeditor it is one of the best website editor that is browser based.
