Webmasterneo is a graduate of the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
Until recently a Human Resources and Admin Services Manager by profession, employed by one of the biggest Internet Service Providers (ISP) in the Philippines, Neo is now a consultant for a Human Resource service and outsourcing company.
The initiator of, and a primary contributor to, wikipedia article Mark Cardona and template Template:Infobox PBA Player, Neo designs web pages using X/HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP.
Maintaining several websites under MLP Design, the most popular and the more time consuming of which is the Mark Cardona: Captain Hook webpage, Neo also supports and contributes to The Open Design Community, "a group of Open Source Website Designers providing free web design templates helping to make the global internet a prettier place".
