WEAC (1500 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a Country music format.Licensed to Gaffney, South Carolina, USA. The station is currently owned by Gaffney Broadcasting, Incorporated and features programing from Westwood One and CNN Radio.[1]
Most of the day the station was a simulcast of 105.3 WAGI-FM, until 2007 when WAGI was sold to different ownership and the station became WNOW-FM. WAGI's station programming still exists on its sister station 1500 WEAC. It has about a 10 mile range. It could be heard as far west as Chesnee/Cowpens as far east as Blacksburg, and as far north as the Cleveland County line.
