This tag has been around for quite a while before this VfD was posted. It provides a useful alternative for the quite disruptive {{weasel}} tag and helps editors to correct the inline problem.

[edit] TfD nomination of Template:Weasel-inline

Resolved. TfD discussion result was "keep"

Template:Weasel-inline has been nominated for deletion. You are invited to comment on the discussion at the template's entry on the Templates for Deletion page. Thank you. Irishpunktom\talk 14:11, 25 April 2006 (UTC)

I don't think this template is up for deletion anymore; I can't find anything at Wikipedia:Templates for deletion about it. I've cleaned-up the template so it no longer mentions the deletion discussion. -- Mikeblas 00:13, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Category

I would like to see a category page listing the pages having a phrase tagged with this template. It's much easier to swoop in and fix a weasel-worded sentence, if there is a tag for it!

You can just search for the word "weasel" on the page, and you're business. (I created another similar tag, but User:FeloniousMonk said I was "tag-bombing" with it. He also objected to the connotation of "weasel". But dozens of pages are using Template:Weasel-inline, and he didn't protest any of those.) --Uncle Ed 19:30, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
Having it put things into same category as {{Weasel}} is a fine idea. — SMcCandlish [talk] [cont] ‹(-¿-)› 06:20, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
