We the People is the debut album by Flipsyde.
It was released on July 12, 2005. It was re-released with the additional track "Happy Birthday", later that year. A limited edition, featuring five additional tracks was released in 2006 with an accompanying DVD. This DVD includes the music videos to "Someday", "Happy Birthday", and "Trumpets", as well as a live performance of "Flipsyde".
