We the Best is the second album by Miami mixtape DJ and Terror Squad member DJ Khaled, which was released on June 12, 2007. Guest appearances include Fat Joe, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Birdman, T.I., Akon, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, T-Pain, Dre, The Game, Trick Daddy, Young Jeezy, Plies, Juelz Santana, Jim Jones, Cassidy, Jadakiss, Ja Rule, Styles P, Trina, and Paul Wall.
On June 5, 2007, a web-rip of the album was leaked to the Internet and the retail version was leaked the following day. The album debuted at number eight on the Billboard 200 with 79,000 copies sold in its first week.[1] As of November 2007, the album has sold 351,700 copies in the United States.[2]
The first single off the album is "We Takin' Over". DJ Khaled has confirmed that the second single is "I'm So Hood". This album sold a little more than Listennn... The Album and had singles that made the top 50.
