We Have the Facts and We're Voting Yes (2000) is the second LP release of the indie band Death Cab for Cutie. It was also released by Barsuk Records as a CD, and originally released in the UK with 3 bonus tracks by Fierce Panda Records. It is dedicated to Trevor Adams.
