[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Do it again 2.jpg

Image:Do it again 2.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Remove the "future album" tag

Isn't it time to remove the "future album" tag since it was already released in England? Or should we wait for the release in the US?

Posting from Montréal, Canada. It has been released here too. I could guess that it has been released across the whole Commonwealth already – who knows. — NRen2k5 16:54, 5 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] The Salmon Dance video

Who took off the video of fans doing the salmon dance, and why? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 72.144.183.158 (talk • contribs).

The user removed it due to Wikipedia's policy on copyright infringement. The video link does not specify copyright status. Just64helpin 20:52, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] cover art

just came across the following artwork http://www.moma.org/collection/browse_results.php?criteria=O%3AAD%3AE%3A399&page_number=2&template_id=1&sort_order=1 by Herbert Bayer from 1938. Its obvious that the graphic designer that did the artwork was inspired by this (to put it nicely, its almost an exact copy!) How should this information be included on the article, If at all? Is there any other information about the graphic designer for this cover? Was the album delayed because of licensing of the artwork?
