[edit] Shut down
Owner Deanna Smith turned in the license to FCC, the station was already shut down and the call letters have been deleted.
Virginia Radio and TV website VARTV.com "reported five months ago, that Smith had gone to court to take over her incapacitated father and late mother's Duffield Broadcasting, the former licensee of the station. Smith told the Court that she was granted the option by her parents to buy the station for $1 if her 2001 loan of $22,500 to her mother and the station was not repaid, which she says it wasn't. The station went silent for good November 2006."
