WDLR (1550 AM, "Radio Sol") is a radio station in Delaware, Ohio.
WDLR currently broadcasts with Spanish-language programming including the home games of the Columbus Crew Major League Soccer team.
Prior to taking back the WDLR calls in July of 2007, the station used WXOL after June 9, 2004, and before that also used WDLR. FCC Call Sign History
The call letters WDLR represent the station's city of license: W Delaware.
WDLR is licensed to Fifteen Fifty Corporation, which is 100% owned by Patricia Casagrande of Powell, Ohio (FCC Ownership report). The station had been acquired by former WCMH TV4 helicopter pilot Robb Case (born Robb Casegrande), but Robb Case died in September of 2007 at age 50 from cancer.[1]
