WCZE is a non-commercial, contemporary Christian FM radio station. It operates as a repeater of WHYT.
WCZE is technically a commercial station owned by Jennifer and Edward Czelada on 103.7, however, it is a member of the noncommercial Smile FM network. Jennifer and Edward Czelada also own Superior Communications, Michigan Community Radio, and Northland Community Broadcasters.
WCZE began broadcasting in April of 2005 from a transmitter at Bad Axe, Michigan. The station is licensed to Harbor Beach, Michigan and has a signal that covers the thumb area of Michigan.
During 2006 complaints were filed with the FCC that the station wasn't providing a strong enough signal to Harbor Beach. The station disputed the claim, but also offered to slightly increase power.
