WCVI-TV is a full-power television station in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands transmitting over analog channel 39. WCVI is owned by Virgin Blue Inc. The station since September 2006, has been affiliated with The CW Television Network.

Despite being on the island of St. Croix, WCVI's signal reaches the entire territory of the U.S. Virgin Islands. The station has a construction permit for its digital station on channel 23.

Since its inception, WCVI had been affiliated with the UPN Television Network. At one point, the station also carried Urban America Television as a secondary network, but was discontinued when that network ceased operations on May 1, 2006. The station has since joined The CW Television Network following the shutdown of both UPN and The WB. The CW which is a 50/50 joint venture between CBS Corporation and Time Warner took to the air on September 18, 2006. Prior to 2000, UPN programming was seen via satellite from New York's WWOR.
