WCSB is the student operated college radio station of Cleveland State University. It began broadcasting in 1976 on the FM frequency 89.3 MHz.
The programming is freeform, ranging from independent label rock to hip hop, jazz, metal, blues, classical and several ethnic programs. The station operates on funding from the University in addition to annual fall fundraisers called "Radiothons." Roughly half of the station's funding comes from public support.
