This page does now "assert the importance or significance of the subject". Does anybody maintain that a takeover attempt of any company by Icahn is insignificant? Greensburger 20:05, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

  • For what it's worth, I don't think this article should be speedily deleted. At worst it should be taken to WP:AFD. --Metropolitan90 20:15, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Obvious wikispam

WCI Communities, Inc. , named America's Best Builder in 2004 by the National Association of Home Builders and Builder Magazine, has been creating amenity-rich, master-planned lifestyle communities for more than 60 years. The company offers traditional and tower home choices with prices from the high-$100,000s to more than $10 million and features a wide array of recreational amenities in its communities. In addition to being a luxury homebuilder, WCI provides design, construction, financing, land purchases, marketing, and community management. WCI is based in Bonita Springs, Florida with regional offices in New York and Virginia. WCI currently owns and controls developable land on which the company plans to build traditional homes and tower residences.

This article is almost definitely being edited by someone at WCI (or a PR firm working on their behalf.) This is against Wikipedia policy. I'm adding the advertisement tag and removing the most egregious violations. Perhaps someone who knows more about the company than me can rewrite this article in a NPOV/non-advertisement style. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kwertii (talkcontribs) 03:45, 19 January 2008 (UTC)

I agree with Kwertii and will edit some. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Blondewyn (talk • contribs) 07:36, 25 January 2008 (UTC)
