[edit] Sale

Following the 2006-2007 academic year, the station continued to broadcast while awaiting a buyer. Campbell University is in the process of selling the station following the 2006-2007 school year to Radio Training Network, Inc., which will be used to simulcast programming from new sister station WRTP to better serve the Fayetteville market.[1] The call letters remain unchanged, even though the new station will operate from studios located in North Raleigh. Currently, the station has entered a LMA with RTN pending sale finalization.
