WBXI is the CW affiliate for Binghamton, New York. Originally branded as Binghamton's CW, it is now branded Binghamton's CW11. The new logo for the channel can be seen on the WBNG website, and on cable channel 11. It broadcasts exclusively on cable as part of The CW Plus, as the Binghamton market is ranked below 100. It is owned by CBS affiliate WBNG.

It was announced on April 24 that cable-only WBXI would affiliate with The CW in September 2006 when UPN and The WB end operations. The station was formerly an affiliate for The WB 100+. WBNG is planning to have WBXI as a digital subchannel in September 2007.
