Wayne Township is one of thirteen townships in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. As of the 2000 census, its population was 1,306.

Wayne Township covers an area of 34.6 square miles and contains the unincorporated town of Westpoint. According to the USGS, it contains three cemeteries: Granville, Marks and Sherry.
