Wayne Jackson (singer)

Wayne Jackson (Born; 23 June 1971 in Manchester, Great Britain) is a singer, producer and songwriter who lives in Berlin. He also plays guitar in Bela B.'s liveband Los Helmstedt.

Wayne Jackson began his career as the singer and song writer in the UK band The Dostoyevskys, who were signed to Go! Discs. They released several EPs and an album called „Orange".

Together with Paul van Dyk he wrote and released a single entitled The Other Side. He also appeared as a guest vocalist on Paul van Dyk's 2007 album release In Between on the song Stormy Skies.

Together with Olsen Involtini Wayne Jackson produced Bela B.'s debut solo album Bingo.

He also produced the Lost In Reverie Album for the German based singer Lula. Together they co-wrote and sang the album track "Come Along" which appeared in the German Film "Vineta" which was released in 2008.

At the moment Wayne Jackson is just about to release his debut solo album titled The Long Goodbye, which he produced together with the Swedish producer Micheal Ilbert.

The first single from the album is Glorious, which Wayne Jackson co-wrote with Paul van Dyk. It is the original track which Van Dyk re-worked and turned into Stormy Skies.
