• Against I would not merge this article, as it relates to a person of significant interest in his own right regardless of his relationship to the first case prosecuted under the act. Additionally, there is further information on this person and other significant activities prior to the case that I am currently researching but cannot publish at this time as it still remains in progress. thewinchester 10:26, 20 December 2006 (UTC)
